Becky

LMT

Becky is a dedicated massage therapist with over 13 years of experience. She began her career as a chiropractic assistant in 1999, focusing on soft tissue work with patients. Although this work was rewarding, Becky chose to advance her skills to better assist those suffering from physical pain, believing that massage therapy is a valuable complement to overall health.

Becky graduated as Valedictorian from Cortiva Institute’s massage therapy school and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2011. She has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since that same year.

Her specialties include deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, and hot stone massage. Each session is tailored to meet the client’s needs at that time, with options for either full body massage or targeted focus on specific areas.

Throughout her career, Becky has helped many individuals find relief from headaches, neck and back pain, shoulder pain, and more. Her goal is to reduce her clients’ pain while promoting relaxation.

Lily

LMT

Lily is a Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist who approaches her practice with a deep awareness of her clients’ energy. Her mission is to provide treatments that deliver lasting results and help clients build a sustainable system of well-being. With over 17 years of experience, she offers a range of modalities, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and joint mobilization.

Lily is skilled at discerning the energetic field of her clients, which guides her in her therapeutic work. She looks forward to being a part of each client’s self-care journey and helping them achieve greater vitality. Committed to ongoing learning, she remains attentive to her clients’ evolving needs and goals as they work together.

Jennah

LMT & MLD-C

Jennah has been a licensed massage therapist since 2016, specializing in enhancing wellness through threnodic touch. Her expertise includes manual lymphatic drainage, which is particularly beneficial for oncology and post-surgery patients, as well as certifications in cupping and hot stones. Passionate about ongoing education, Jennah is currently focusing on biology to deepen her understanding of anatomy and physiology.

Central to Jennah’s philosophy is the belief in self-care, guided by the principle that one cannot pour from an empty cup. This principle shapes her approach to client care, emphasizing holistic well-being and personalized treatments tailored to individual needs.

Carmella

LMT

Carmella graduated from the massage program at the National University of Health Sciences in 2010. She became licensed through the state of Illinois the same year. Throughout her 14-year career as a massage therapist, she has worked in a variety of environments and has learned a multitude of techniques. Her favorite and most efficient therapeutic technique is a massage that incorporates Himalayan salt stones and gliding cupping. This technique has the ability to activate the client’s parasympathetic nervous system ensuring deep relaxation, while also accessing deeper layers of muscle tissue.

In 2021, Carmella received training in Reiki, so a touch of energy work is provided during each massage as well. Carmella’s mantra is, “In harmony with the universe; to the detriment of none”. Her career as a massage therapist has given her the gift of staying in alignment with this mantra by allowing her to bring a healing touch to many.

Julie

MSN, RN, LMT

Julie earned her massage therapy certification from the Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics, Indiana, in 2000. With over two decades of experience in the field of massage therapy as well as countless hours of continuing education and professional development, she provides a wealth of knowledge in health and wellness to our patients. She joined Vitality Health Center in 2013 and has since been committed to providing personalized care to each patient, tailoring treatments to address specific concerns and promoting relaxation and healing. With her warm and compassionate demeanor, she creates a comfortable and rejuvenating experience for all who seek her expertise.

Julie specializes in therapeutic massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. Her passion for helping others achieve optimal wellness and her keen understanding of the human body make her an expert therapist for treating both chronic and acute conditions. Additionally, Julie is a master’s prepared registered nurse proving her knowledge of human anatomy and pathophysiology to be quite extensive.

Julie is a resident of the Naperville area. In her free time, you can find her sweating through a yoga class, hiking trails in the local forest preserves, cuddling up with a good book, or cheering on our Chicago sports teams. She also volunteers time in many of the community youth sports organizations for her sons as their biggest fan.

Oleg

L.Ac & LMT

Oleg believes in achieving life balance with harmony and peace of mind through personal wellness. He brings 30 years of experience to address everything from sore and tired muscles to chronic musculoskeletal issues.

His broad range of expertise includes sport rehabilitation techniques, muscle stretching, massage therapy, and acupuncture.

Oleg holds a bachelor’s degree in physical education and a master’s degree in Traditional Chinese medicine.

Dana

Office Manager

Dana is the office manager for Vitality Health Center in Joliet. She is a proud mother of two amazing girls. After graduating as a Certified Medical Assistant in 2007, Dana spent most of her career working in Family Practice. At Vitality Health Center, Dana prioritizes creating a welcoming environment where each patient feels like part of the family, emphasizing the importance of building strong, supportive relationships with her patients.

When Dana is not at the office, she loves to spend time with her daughters and at the racetrack. They love going on adventures and racing together!

Nora

Office Manager

Nora is dedicated to supporting others and is an advocate for the benefits of chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, and other holistic healthcare practices. Having experienced the transformative impact of chiropractic treatment following a car accident, she understands firsthand the significance of maintaining spinal health!

With over five years of experience as an office manager and more than 15 years in customer service, Nora brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing, as well as an associate degree in arts.

Outside of her role at Vitality Health Center, Nora enjoys outdoor activities, spending quality time with her family, working out, and traveling.
